About
Pack 40
Cub Scout Pack 40 meets at Saint Kateri Church in Valencia or local parks and serves youth in the Santa Clarita Community and beyond. Pack 40 is part of the Bill Hart District, within the Western Los Angeles County Council (WLACC). Cub Scouting is open to all youth and kids can join at any level beginning in kindergarten and through 5th Grade. Scouts will learn life skills, build character, learn citizenship responsibility and develop personal fitness.
Pack 40 Families
Cub Scouting involves the whole family. Pack 40 encourages the entire family to participate in all activities including monthly pack meetings, outings, hikes, and celebrations. Lion Cubs and Tiger Scouts must have one adult family member with them at all times. Parents are encouraged to volunteer to help with den and pack activities. Our Pack committee and leaders are run by parent volunteers who provide leadership and support for our cubs to help ensure that scouts have a great experience in the program.
Parents interested in joining the Pack Committee can reach out to our den leader via email.
